Section 01 / How it works

Your customer stays your customer

Communication, quoting, and end-customer ownership remain with the referring shop unless another arrangement is explicitly made.

Submit the repair

Use the partner intake with accurate customer and device details, including what has already been attempted.

Send or deliver the device

Trade logistics can include shipping or partner delivery as arranged. This is the one part of the business where that applies.

Diagnosis and approval

You receive the technical findings and pricing, so you can manage the customer conversation on your side.

Repair and return

Completed trade work is returned through the established partner process.

TRD-01

Motherboard and logic-board repair

Power rails, charging circuits, corrosion, damaged connectors, traces, and failed components. Board repairs $150 to $350+ TRD-02

HDMI and USB-C

Console HDMI, Switch USB-C, laptop USB-C and DC-jack work, and the surrounding circuitry. Quote after diagnosis TRD-03

No power or intermittent

Advanced electrical diagnosis for devices that do not respond, or that fail under load. Board repairs $150 to $350+ TRD-04

Prior repair damage

Torn pads, missing components, solder bridges, damaged traces, and incomplete board work. Assessed as part of the diagnostic

The purpose of trade service is to extend your shop's repair capability without competing for your customer. Nothing goes out under our name, and the end customer stays yours.

Talk about trade work.

Call or text with the device, the fault, and what has already been tried. Trade and overflow work is quoted separately from retail, and the retail booking flow is not the route in.
