Computer Repair · Mac & PC · Massapequa, NY
Computer repair in Massapequa, from everyday problems to motherboard faults.
Slow computer, blue screens, failed drive, broken laptop screen, no power, charging trouble, overheating, or a system that simply will not boot. We diagnose and repair Windows PCs, laptops, Macs, desktops, gaming computers, and workstations. If the fault reaches the motherboard, the repair does not have to stop there.
Section 01 / Symptoms
What is the computer doing?
Start with what you see. Several different failures can cause the same symptom, so testing comes before parts.
Section 02 / Diagnosis
Diagnose the problem before replacing parts
The goal is not to replace the largest assembly connected to the symptom. It is to identify the level where the failure actually sits.
Software and storage
Windows health, startup, drive condition, file-system issues, updates, drivers, and storage performance.
Replaceable hardware
Memory, drives, batteries, screens, keyboards, fans, power supplies, graphics cards, and other standard components.
Power and charging
DC jacks, USB-C, adapters, batteries, charging circuits, and no-power paths.
Motherboard level
If the failure is on the motherboard, power rails, charging controllers, connectors, corrosion, traces, and components can be diagnosed directly.

Section 03 / Coverage

Section 08 / Questions
Before you book
My computer is just slow. Do you work on that?
Yes. Slow computers are a core service. We check storage health and speed, memory usage, Windows, thermals, and hardware before recommending an SSD, RAM, repair, or replacement.
Another shop says I need a motherboard. Can you repair it?
Often, yes. A motherboard is made up of many separate circuits and components. If the fault can be isolated to a repairable stage, we can repair that stage instead of replacing the entire board.
Do you work on both Mac and PC?
Yes. Windows desktops and laptops, MacBooks, iMacs, Surface devices, gaming computers, and custom PCs are all part of the shop's normal workload.
Will I lose my files?
Tell us immediately if the data matters. If storage is failing or the machine will not boot, recovery and data preservation are planned before repair steps that could put the files at risk.
How long does diagnosis take?
Most diagnostics are completed within 1 to 3 business days after intake. The repair timeline depends on the fault and part availability.
What does the $40 diagnostic cover?
The testing needed to identify the fault. It is credited toward the repair if you approve the work, and you receive the problem, price, and options before repair work begins.
Is the repair covered afterward?
Qualifying repairs include a one-year warranty covering parts and labor. Liquid-damaged devices are excluded, and board-level repairs are warranted for the specific component or circuit repaired.
